Infant Program

Our infant program focuses on the following four main areas of your child's development:

Physical development: Babies love to move, and all actions are learning activities for them. As your baby tries new skills and masters them – standing, walking, climbing, exploring – we respond to their growing independence by giving them more complicated toys and materials to explore safely.

Social and emotional development: From the moment infants are born, they’re ready to learn through meaningful interactions with people who care for them. As your baby grows, our team will be there helping them learn how to share, take turns, treat others gently, and make friends. We’ll encourage and guide them when necessary.

Cognitive (thinking) skills: Your newborn is curious about the world around them. We provide experiences that help them learn about cause and effect, imitate adults in their play, and develop/use problem-solving skills.

Language development: Our teachers help babies learn new words, and how conversation works, when they talk to them, wait for their response, and then respond to their sounds.

And, of course, we meet all the needs of your child, including feeding, diapering, sleeping and lots of tlc!

Toddler Program

Our toddler program focuses on the following major areas of your child's development:

Physical development: Toddlers love to develop new moves such as climbing, jumping, and dancing! Our caregivers offer your child many ways to be active, both indoors and outdoors. We also provide materials and activities that interest children their age and help improve their hand coordination, like scribbling with crayons and stacking toys.

Social and emotional development: We model behaviors like sharing and apologizing so toddlers can learn by example. We provide your child opportunities to try new social skills and to try doing things for themselves. Our teachers encourage children and help them express their feelings in positive, healthy ways.

Cognitive (thinking) skills: Cognitive development is your child’s ability to make sense of the world around them. It includes memory, language, thinking, and reasoning. Classrooms are set up so toddlers can learn how to solve problems by sorting objects, doing puzzles, taking things apart and fitting them back together, and so much more! Our teachers offer children a range of activities and experiences that inspire and challenge them, from building on their curiosity to helping them use their imagination.

Language development: We spend a lot of time talking to children so that they learn how words should sound and how conversations go back and forth. We read books with simple stories and use songs, rhymes, and finger plays that have repeating patterns. We also help toddlers by asking questions about the books they read. We incorporate questions such as “what do you think will happen next?” to expand on their answers and introduce new words to develop and increase their vocabulary skills.

Preschool Program

We focus on the following areas in your child’s development:
In addition to language development and physical development, at this stage we design our curriculum to stimulate and challenge young minds to reach their full potential of unique development and exceed the requirements of school readiness. We provide equal learning opportunities for all students to excel academically as our program incorporates Math, English Language Arts, Introductory Spanish, Technology, Music, Art, Physical Education, and learning through play. At this age, children also begin to think out loud and talk themselves through situations. They are able to represent their thoughts and feelings verbally. Physically they are still perfecting their gross and fine motor skills and develop competence and confidence in their abilities.

Social and emotional development:We seek to encourage cooperative and individual learning opportunities, as well as creative expressions. We look to provide opportunities for dramatic play with simple themes and props. We also allow children to make independent choices on activities.

Cognitive (thinking) skills: We provide opportunities for children to sort and classify objects. Books construction materials, making puzzles, playing musical instruments, music and simple games, math and science.

Students are welcome to attend before school, after school, or both.
